Return Policy

We want satisfied customers.

We will do our best to replace or exchange the item or credit your account. Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be unused with original tags. 

Here are the steps:

1. Contact JDP Products by email orders@jdpproducts.net, once we receive the request we will email you the return shipping address.
2. Include a copy of your original invoice/receipt if one was received.
3. Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. packages.
4. Send returns/exchanges to the address on the Exchange/Return form.
5. Use a traceable shipper (USPS Priority Mail, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc…)
6. Keep a record of shipment until you receive credit or replacement merchandise.
7. For overseas returns, please indicate “return” on all customs forms.
